Job Description : Position Summary
The Online Sales Manager is responsible for independently develop and manage the CE category for Samsung.com. Responsibility would include taking ownership of the category and sellout out channels which will lead to sales target achievement. The eStore Manager will also be responsible to manage shared resources in the most efficient way to achieve strategic directions of the company. Additional responsibility will also include managing campaigns and promotions on Samsung.com and regular reporting.
Role and Responsibilities
Drive to manage sell-in/out, logistic methodologies and inventory management and control weekly, monthly, and annual sales revenue by account.
Manage user experience to build and boost the online store sales and strategize its service.
Develop sell-out platform to increase sustainable sales growth for CE category
Manage day-to-day operations of the E-Store including sales promotions, forecasting.
Develop, plan and execute Ecommerce strategies to enhance eStore Business
Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to plan seasonal campaigns and regularly analyze performance to recommend optimization plans and new channels
Plan and execute strategies to deliver targets for Profitability, Market share and Turnover with channel partners for CE Products.
Develop and sustain sales strategy with an objective of Maximizing Sell-Out and Enhancing Brand Equity.
Work towards the implementing the mid to long term business objectives/goals of achieving organizational targets for Samsung.com
Manage and Monitor sales on weekly basis and monitor progress monthly/quarterly
Develop Annual Sales Programs across all sell-out platforms.
Align Long Term Forecast with formulating Promotion Plans.
Conduct market trend analysis and working closely with Marketing to overcome potential issues
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years of Ecommerce
7 years in ecommerce sales – B2C
Must possess a strong knowledge of industry products and market intelligence
