Coordination with Insurance company
Administration:
Business Travel arrangementsExpenses and Petty CashReview and check expense reportsPayment of Regular Invoices
Office rent, supplies and cleanlinessAct as a receptionistBusiness Visa IssuanceAd-hoc support in other areas
Sales & Business Development:
Opportunities Data Entry – Portal UpdateDocumentation SupportEvents ManagementRegistration with different Government entities and potential clients

Additional Requirements:
University Degree preferably in IT related specialtyMinimum 4 years experience with 2 years in UAEProficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)Excellent communications skills
