Job Description : Job Information:
Manage internal and external communications of the General Management.
Organize and convene General Management meetings inside and outside the channel.
Receive, classify and file correspondence.
Coordinate the logistics of the national and international trips of the General Manager (purchase of tickets, transfers, hotels, advances, etc.) and the reservations of national and international air tickets for the other departments.
Keep up to date the file of the contracts made by the company, both physical and digital.
Manage the agenda of the General Manager.
Take control of the invoices and taxes of the General Manager.
Coordinate the signing of checks and internal documents of the company
