Pre-qualification of IT tickets
Review and monitoring of tickets
Processing and coordination of special cases
Processing of ticket escalations
Supporting the team leader in administrative matters
Job Requirements:
good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Database maintenance and report creation
Experience in using an ITSM tool and database applications would be an advantage
Experience and pleasure in dealing with customers
