Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities: -At least 4-6 years of experience as a Performance Marketing specialist in a high-growth tech, B2C, B2B clients.Experienced with Social Media Ads, SEO, Performance based Marketing, E-commerce Campaign and Data Analytics.Have a deep understanding of campaign and AdTech setups (DMPs, DSPs, SSPs, audiences, tracking etc.) especially for the Google Tech stack.Creative mind set with ability to live breath numbers. You keep a close eye on the numbers and our further growth.Ability to manage revenue deliverables portfolio, ideally with high budget management experience.Excellent in OTT Planning, Google Ads, Social Ads, Native Ads, Affiliate Marketing, GDN.Good understanding of Programmatic campaign, Analytics tools, Consumer Funnel, B2B and B2C Marketing Strategy.Ability to make proposal and work on detailed root planning and execution in the services like SMM, SEO, Google Ads/Display Ads, Affiliate Marketing and performance driven marketing Modules.You observe the latest marketing trends and are up to date when it comes to the latest technologies in digital advertising.Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed target/goals.Flexible attitude with ability to handle change and be open to it, good time management and ability to work under stress.You optimize high-selling landing pages and improve the conversion rate and the measurability of the campaigns.You manage multiple advertising campaigns on all marketing channels and are responsible for the constant scaling of the campaigns.Have a self-confident, competent and empathetic demeanor with which you manage to convince colleagues and customers of your ideas.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹840,000.00 per yearBenefits:Flexible scheduleInternet reimbursementWork from homeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Overtime payPerformance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Gurugram Haryana-122002, Gurgaon – 122002, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 4 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
