Job Description : PRIMARY / ELEMENTARY ENGLISH TEACHERS – AL AIN – IMMEDIATE OR APRIL 2022

Grade 2 and Grade 4

This international school in the tranquil, green ‘Garden City’ of the Arabian Gulf is looking for a selection of English Teachers to join them for the current academic year. Teachers should have a degree that matches their teaching subject. The school can only consider teachers with at least one / two years of experience.

Salaries are tax free and vary depending on qualifications and years of experience but typically range between 8000 and 12000 AED per month. Benefits include single furnished accommodation (unless a married teaching couple are employed by the school in which case family accommodation will be provided) and the school pays for the water and electricity bills. medical Insurance, annual flights and end of service gratuity.

The school – which opened in 2002 – offers an international curriculum to mainly local students and there are now 1150 students from KG to Grade 12. This is not a typical western expatriate school and 91% of these students are Emiratis with the balance made up of Arab expatriates.

The school use a version of the Ohio American Curriculum and is co-educational until Grade 5 when students are segregated by gender.
