Job Description : Responsibilities include but not limited to the followingSit at reception desk and welcome clients/contractors/etcExperience of New Visa applications / Visa Renewals / Emirates id Typing / Medical application formExperience of Trade license apply & renewal / MOA amendments / change of company name/ Civil Defense License / Quota application etc.Knowledge of all the government services, Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Tadbeer, Dubai economic dept.Must have complete knowledge of UAE labor law, Immigration procedures.Must know how to do field workResponsible for drafting company contracts.Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizationsProvide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company and its group , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations within very short notices.Requirements:Should be Intermediate in all Microsoft soft wares (word, excel, etc)Minimum 2 years experienceEnglish and Arabic speaker (Must)Have obtained a driver licenseCan join immediatelyJob Types: Full-time Contract, Accommodation, and Health insurance to be providedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Do you have experience in Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration, Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licenses to the company?Experience:PRO field: 1 year (Required)Language:Arabic (Preferred)
