Position : Procurement Administrator (Power Sector)
Job Description : · Should have minimum experience of 7 to 10 years in purchasing of molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) Raw material.· Should be from an electrical background and also needs to take care of import and export of material.· Should be able to understand the type test and make arrangements with the respective organization.· Job Responsibilities: · Search and source potential suppliers and vendors.· Maintain a database of approved suppliers.· Follow up with suppliers, thorough understanding of rate analysis & commercials.· Track, measure and analyze company expenditures.· Handling Electrical Purchase and PPC Knowledge also.· Making PO’s and floating inquiries.· Prepared cost comparison of material pricing.· Purchasing raw material, packaging material, spare parts etc.· Procurement of Fit outs Products.· Negotiated price, terms and lead time reduction from suppliers, controlling the purchasing budget.· Projecting stock levels.· Reviewing tenders and bids.· Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.· Delivering cost savings for the company.· Helping to source alternative items for buyers and customers.· Developing sourcing strategies.· Managing commodity cost initiatives.· Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers.· Keeping all supplier programs current and accurate.· Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory and stock.Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:New Delhi – 110008, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Procurement in power sector: 7 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
