Job Description : Do you want to transform how millions of people engage with websites, apps, and bots by building platform automation with an API first approach? We are building scalable service automation that will power over 100 million voice, text, and web interactions across the ecosystem of travelers, suppliers, and agents. To do this, we need technically passionate product managers with an entrepreneurial approach who love challenges, enjoy problem solving and take pride in delivering commercial grade products.
We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead product features end to end from Vision through execution, making customer service a crafted experience. You will operate strategically: thinking big to drive new opportunities and diving deep in data to uncover customer insights. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, build and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. You will have a passion for travel, take ownership of the business, and enjoy working with groups across the company.

What you will do:
Be a subject matter authority for service travel automation, matching travel knowledge and business opportunities with technical solutions
Guide product definition through every stage of the agile software development lifecycle while collaborating across the organization.
Partner closely with engineering, UX, and business teams to create solutions that satisfy customer experience, business, and technology goals. Facilitate decision-making, propose alternative solutions, and help identify gaps.
Articulate decision-making rationale, solutions, methodologies, and frameworks to both technical and non-technical partners
Who you are:
2+ years of experience in product management
Have a passion for cutting edge technology and a thirst to learn more
Data-driven and comfortable with numerical analysis
Have strong communication and influencing skills; enjoys a collaborative environment
Proactive, positive and have a growth mindset
Engineering, App or Computer Science background a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent field required; or equivalent related professional experience
