Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. This position will have full ownership of our product strategies and tactics to drive results.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth

Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

Develop product pricing and positioning strategies

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they are successfully achieved.

Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

Requirements

Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred

Must have experience in B2B saas with exposure in working with global clients
