Hiring a Project Coordinator for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the management and completion of projects alongside the Project Manager.
Constantly monitor project progress, plan and schedules, very closely and handle any issues that arise.
Coordinating project management activities, resources, project tracking and maintaining accurate project record files.
Communicating to project stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure project progress is on track, and creating escalations where necessary.
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
Create project status reports and maintain project dashboards.
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Constantly evaluating potential risks and propose solutions.
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor degree holder.
Minimum 3-5 years of Project Coordinator experience is must.
Highly organized and structured.
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multinational environment, with teams at all levels.
