Today, HLL is positioned as a total healthcare solution provider catering to the well-being of the society at large Department Purchase Department, Akkulam Factory Tasks • Assist or co-ordinate the Procurement activities.

Assist in SAP/ERP environment procurement.
Assist in online/manual tender publishing (e-tender/ Govt. e portal / GEM portal), tender evaluation, online tender clarification, price bid opening, arranging negotiation meetings, obtaining sanctions, placing orders, arranging materials / services as per production plan, approving the materials / services received and coordinating payments with accounts department.
Assist in importing material activities like customs clearance, on-time bill filling, co-ordination with customs authorities / clearing agents.
Assist, co-ordination and communication with other departments & vendors, prompt arrangement of materials / services as per requirement of company.
Assist in liaison with the suppliers.
Assist with estimate preparation.
Assist in Vendor development activities.
Assist in Vendor site inspection and evaluation process.
Assisting in maintenance of system compliance as per ISO Systems.
Knowledge upgrading as per varying e-tendering procedures as per company requirement. Requirements Maximum Age: 37 years as on 01.03.2022

Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement): Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month (Support Staff level – III)
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).

Qualification:
Essential: 1) Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University.
2) Good knowledge of Malayalam essential.

Post Qualification Experience:
Essential: 1) Minimum two years’ experience in the relevant area / function in the Purchase / Commercial department of a reputed establishment preferably in a Government organization.
2) Good working knowledge of MS Office is essential
Desirable: Knowledge of SAP (MM Module) will be an added advantage.
