Job Description : Must have QC Admin experience in upgrading QC versions and migrating projectsExtensive hands-on experience in Site Administration, Project Administration for Quality Center / ALMHands-on experience in installing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Quality Center / ALMExperience in writing workflow automation scripts for QC or in using the QC APIs. Experience with managing and modifying QC/ALM workflow.Expertise in troubleshooting the issues and closely working with the tool vendor for problem resolutionExperience in administration of testing tools, requirement management tools and defect management tools.Experience in use of testing tools, requirement management tools and defect management tools as well as knowledge of the corresponding business processes; knowledge of software development models (V-model, iterative, agile)Responsible for coordination with client and QC project ownerResponsible for estimation for QC admin support workAble to create basic VBScript, SQLExperience in work with MS SQL serverGeneral administration experience e.g., share and database permissions, backup and restore, SSL certificates, LDAP and Active Directory, ticket toolsSharePoint contributor skills for knowledge management purposesSetup of clustered QC/ALM environment, setup of QC/ALM in cloud environment
