Job Description : Job Summary : Elphill Technology Pvt Ltd is looking for a Receptionist. The candidate must be able to work from the office which is located in New Town.Female Candidate preferred.Welcomes visitors by greeting them and answering or referring inquiries.Answer incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.Take and deliver messages when appropriate personnel are unavailable.Answer queries about the organization and provides callers with address, directions and other information.Welcome visitors; determine the nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel.Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organizationProvide general administrative and clerical supportMaintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Skills and competencies-Strong communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Great interpersonal and relationship-building skillsOffice timing – 10.00 am to 6.30 pmJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:New Town, Kolkata – 700135, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
