Minimum Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any stream with Diploma in Office Management will be added advantage.

Experience:
3-6 years’ experience in officer administration, facility management & time office.

Any additional requirement:
MS-OFFICE(Word, Excel)

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)

The candidate should have between 3-6 years’ experience in office administration, facility management & time office.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Financial
To supervise the office boys, support staff and other helpers in the office.
Knowledge of statutory compliance will be an additional advantage.

Customer Oriented
To supervise the security, time office and the front office.

People Oriented
To look after attendance, time office, correspondence and coordination etc. in the office.

Internal Business Process
To look after the facility and maintain the hospitality in the office.
To look after the officer administration and arrangements.
