JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for overall performance loyalty program for the Assigned RegionManage & Drive team for at least 6 – 8 Tele Callers assigned to you.
Manage day to day interaction with Sales Team / DealersManage Promotional Plan as Sent via Sales Team / DealersCoordinating with all relevant stakeholders of your region
Maintain monthly performance metrics and account dashboards for reviews
Actively Respond to Email QueriesResolve Queries in Time Bound Manner.
DESIRED SKILLS
Key Account Management Skills
Customer Relationship SkillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, presentation skillsComfortable with MS Office (MS Excel in Particular)
Able to Perform as Individual and in Team
Should be able to work with Minimal Supervision.
DESIRED CANDIDATE
Must speak and understand Malayalam with English.Some Relevant Experience in Key Account Management, Customer Relationship ManagementSome Understanding of the Rewards & Recognition, Loyalty BusinessGood knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is EssentialExcellent Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Any Graduate or PG, Preferably an MBA (Any Specialisation)Min 1 to 3 years of Work Experience
SHIFT
Day Shift: – 9.30 AM till 6.30 PM (Monday – Saturday)
Experience 1 – 3 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 2 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.

Qualification M.B.A/PGDM
