(Ajman, United Arab Emirates) Looking for Retail Sales Associate for a well-known retail brand.
About the Role:
As Retail Sales Associate, you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their shopping experience to maximise sales.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the opening/closing of the liquor store as needed by management.Ensures conformance of store operations to all applicable laws and regulations.Increasing sales by promoting products and analyzing competitor behavior.Maintaining sales and delivery records, as well as meeting sales targets.Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily.Cross-sell products and introduce new onesGreet customers when entering or leaving the storeTrack transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Requirements:
Previous Alcohol store or retail experience, knowledge of beer, wine and spiritsExcellent grooming standardsExcellent observation and communication skillsPreferably work experience in “Duty Free” shopPreferably Chinese Speaker & Russian Speaker2 years’ Experience in Retail, FMCG & HospitalityAbility to work independently.
