Job Description : Job Information:
Are responsible for the establishment in the absence of your hierarchy,
Ensure daily hotel closing and reporting,
Check the turnover / receipts and report any discrepancies or errors,
Prepare the information intended for the various departments so that each service opening is optimal,
Carry out rounds to ensure the safety of goods and people,
Ensure the breakfast buffet is set up according to the organization of the hotel
Job Requirements:
Diploma and/or experience to be specified if necessary
Interest in quality service / customer experience
Relational ease and sense of communication
Fluency in English
Sense of hospitality and service
Dynamism, speed and efficiency
