What you’ll be doing

Connect with qualified and interested businesses to collect & process documents for account set-up
Thoroughly examine documents for completeness and validity
Upload all documents on our internal system, along with detailed comments and notes
Work closely with our compliance team for document verification
Assist sales managers in achieving monthly and quarterly targets by closing sales in a timely manner
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes
Identify and improve efficiency in the sales and document collection process
Standardize the document management system and process
Provide feedback from customers and the market to product, marketing and business teams
Expertise we are looking for

Recent graduate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility in completing priorities
Good understanding of the sales process and ability to drive conversations with customers
Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, is a must, Arabic is a big plus
