Job Description : Sales Coordinator Location: Ajman Preferred : Female Graduate with 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination work preferably from construction / plastic piping industryKnowledge about UAE contractors, consultants is preferableCustomer service orientation is mustGood communication and networking skillsHelps the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers, filing all relevant documents and communicating relevant informationArranges all up-to-date support materials for sales teamAttends to all customer query, Informs customer on material availability and tentative LT for deliverRecords all sales queries and responds within Lead-timePrepares and sends Sales quotation based on the sales query as per Lead-timeFollow up for the quotation sent, record the customer interaction & generate enquiries with conversion rate of minimum 50%Validates quote with respect to the query before sendingPrepares proforma invoice on approval of quote from customer, gets it approved and sends to customerRecords all sales queries and responds within Lead-timePrepares and sends Sales quotation based on the sales query as per Lead-timeFollow up for the quotation sent, record the customer interaction & generate enquiries with conversion rate of minimum 50%Validates quote with respect to the query before sendingPrepares proforma invoice on approval of quote from customer, gets it approved and sends to customerReceives LPO, collects all documents as per credit policy of the company, follows for advance / payments / cheques etcReleases the LPO for order processing as per the schedule committed to the customerCollaborates with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficientlyDevelops and maintains filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance departmentEnsures adherence to laws, regulations, and policiesPrepares all related reports and updates the sales team and managementSales Order processing & getting approval from credit control teamFollow up with planning / Operations team for the delivery schedule & communicate with the customersFollow up with the customers for the cheque copy prior to the delivery.Picklist preparation & delivery coordinationCoordination with the customer / Salesmen/ Internal team for sample, Submittals etc.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:construction / plastic piping industry: 3 years (Preferred)sales: 4 years (Preferred)
