Sales Coordinator
About the Role
This is a highly flexible role that involves sales coordination as well as sales support duties. We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator who will ensure that enquiries are swiftly and accurately processed from a complex pricing mechanism, as well as of partner accounts from a defined territory.
What We’re Looking ForGeneral tech-savviness and a willingness to self-train to reach an advanced level Microsoft Excel is essential
Interest in Supermarkets, Grocery or FMCG
UAE Driving license and car is highly preferred
Self-disciplined, highly meticulous and fully committed to achieving company goals with a strong ability to deliver within challenging timescales. The applicant should be personally highly organized and should not be afraid to take initiative and make independent decisions.
Role Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
o Actively and successfully manage the entire sales coordination process: preparation of proforma and invoices, managing shipments, coordination with customers, and tracking the movement of documents internationally
o Map out a highly detailed sales pipeline on the CRM for new and repeat business; constantly push opportunities along the funnel towards conversion
o Responding to enquiries and requests for information in a timely manner
o Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following Hudson Exports procedure
Sales Support & Business Development
o Manage existing business relationships in the channel to generate sales growth
o Develop accounts in new territories; work closely with senior management to add A and B category clients to Hudson Exports’ partner program
o Take individual responsibility for new business, lead generation, meeting arrangements, and end-to-end conversion
o Ensure that Hudson Exports remains proactive and responsive to prospective Partners
o Map out industry events and tradeshows to attend and represent Hudson Exports’ business in the best possible manner; target new business leads and contacts
Planning & Reporting
o Sales reporting and analysis including presenting to management a thorough understanding of partner’s objectives including their Return On Investment
o Keeping abreast of issues affecting distribution companies and the products that Hudson distribute and collecting competitor intelligence
