Job Description : We are looking for Sales Executive who will be responsible to visit minimum 15+ shops in the pre-assigned route on a daily basis and to sell our products to Distributors / Retailers / Small Shops in rural areas. Main responsibility is to acquire new clients for business growth and maximize the profits of the organization by meeting the required sales & collections targetsResponsibilities and Duties: · He/she will be responsible to shortlist locations to drive the sales· Should travel minimum 40+ kms and to visit minimum 15+ new or existing shops on a daily basis· Proactively approach new shop owners to establish real needs, understand the customer and their requirements and interest them in Essmart products· Provide advice and product information to Essmart shops as appropriate, outlining features and benefits, Promote current products to market and reach out customers with our offerings· Should onboard new dealers by installing Essmart dealer app and to order products· Should be able to train the dealers / shop owners / retailers the dealer app usage· Conduct market research for the product movement and understanding customer needs and requirements· He/she will also be responsible for driving targeted campaigns/demos to acquire new customers· Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with all the local dealers· He/she will be responsible for achieving the sales & collections targets on daily, weekly and monthly basis· Create impact stories every month of dealers and end customers who purchased Essmart products· Coordinate with Dealers and Help out with Post SalesDesired Skills: · Should be a Graduate / Diploma Holder / ITI / PUC / 10th Pass· Very Strong Communication Skills – Local Language· Highly Self Driven, and should be Individual contributor· Effectively convincing, negotiation & problem solving skills· Strong understanding on local market· Good to have any sales experience, if not fresher is fine· Should have 2 wheeler with valid DL / LL along with vehicle documentsSalary and Other details: · Salary Details1. *8000 to 11000 depending on the skill set and Interview2. *Unlimited Incentives will be given on every quarter, based on the performance and targets (Explained in detail at the time of Interview)3.
