Position : Sales Representative

Job Description : Maintain a high level of integrity, business ethics and sound judgment as you perform your management duties.
Serve customers by selling products, managing space and meeting customer needs.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in the FMCG
Experience in super markets
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize sales and customer service levels.
Prepare daily ,weekly and monthly reports.
Achieve agreed upon visits, sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Prospect and qualify new sales leads.
Determine methods to improve our performance such as the ideal stock weight, current order requirements, optimal placement and display of our product in outlets, prevention of returns due to expiry.

Sales Representative Qualifications/Skills:

Be well groomed and presentable
Work well unsupervised and maintain strong motivation
Have high energy levels and be flexible with hours of work
at least bachelor degree in sales and minimum of 3- 5 years’ experience in similar field
