Sales – Martech(Digital Marketing)
Age: Around 30 (5 to 10 years experiences in Martech)
Gender: Female preferably
Nationality: Indian
Sound understanding of Digital marketing basics and campaign management, media mix, marketing stack and its alignment with business goals
Understanding of the world of online and offline marketing and their interworking.
Demonstrable knowledge of Customer Data platforms and its value elements.
Prior experience working with CDPs and Pre-sales experience is a big plus.
Experience managing (execute and maintain) an end-to-end marketing project is a big plus.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Sound understanding of the Business Intelligence domain and experience building dashboards on any specific BI tool.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Prior experience and understanding of the SaaS B2B selling process.
Support sales member, develop their skills.
Coordinate the implementation and delivery of all client projects of India and APAC Geo.
Ensure quality of delivery meets contractual requirements, legal obligations (MoU, NDA) and organizational policy and procedures.
Build, manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Must have worked on some Martech platform like Adobe, Clevertap, Netcore, Salesforce, Webengage,etc.
Open to travel.
Project coordination/management skills.
Excellent expertise and experience for digital marketing and data analysis.
Self-motivated, competitive, team spirit and results-driven attitude.
Well versed in a Client or CXO facing role with strong language skills (written and spoken).
Well versed experience in creating proposals, quotations, sales decks etc.
* Salary range ~ 850,000* INR / Annum
* Variable bonus (average1 month*2)
