Job Description : Sharjah English School in the United Arab Emirates is a reputed, well established co-educational school offering the National Curriculum to 850 children from Foundation through to A Level. An inclusive, non-for-profit school, SES occupies a spacious, attractive campus in close proximity to Dubai. As well as serving the local British expatriate community, the school has students from many other nationalities. We are seeking to employ an energetic, ambitious secondary Maths teacher for September 2022. Experienced candidates may be considered for a Head of Department role.
Teaching candidates should ideally have at least two years’ experience in teaching the National Curriculum, and a willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities. Applications from single candidates are particularly welcomed.
Anyone interested in applying as a Head of Department will require several years of teaching experience, and a proven record with exam classes at GCSE and A Level. Candidates should indicate in their application their wish to be considered for the HOD role.
