Senior Accountant
Location : Bangalore
Job Descriptions:
Oversee the general ledger financials for Netskope’s India entity
Prepare and assist Accounts Payable (Disbursement ACH/Wires, Payable coding and management, AP Aging, AP analytics, AP Recons).
Responsible for cash management by developing cash flow forecast (e.g., payroll, A/P)
Work closely with external service providers on VAT/GST tax filings and statutory audits
Prepare and assist all Travel and Expenses (T&E) reviews and approval process adhering to Company’s T&E policy
Assist the monthly/quarterly/yearly close process, including preparation and/or review of journal entries, account reconciliations, financial statements, and various financial analyses for international subsidiaries to deliver timely, accurate, and insightful reporting
Assist in monthly financial reporting packages including flux analysis for all international subsidiaries
Assist with monthly financial reporting budget vs. Actuals, financial flux analytics to the corporate team month
Ensures a strong accounting and operational control environment to safeguard assets and improve operational efficiencies to ensure adherence to company policy and SOX 404 regulations
Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2 – 5 years of global and international company environment experience
Experience with NetSuite ERP a plus
Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with executive leaders
Has the hands-on experience with excellent operational experience to help execute the company’s vision and strategy
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication along with strong analytical skills
Proven knowledge of current US GAAP is a plus
