Job Description : Audit&*Finalization: *Finalization of Accounts of group companies and Balance Sheet Preparation as per revised Sch-IIIHandling Statutory as well as Internal Audit. Handled internal audit done by KPMGROCCompliance&*Legal: *· Handling ROC & legal compliance for the group· Assisting seniors in ODI Compliance,MIS: · Preparation of MIS report on monthly basis, like monthly Profit & Loss A/c ,Ledger scrutiny, Stock movement & analysis report, Stock valuation report, Debtors Creditors Reports,· Comparison of year to date expenses with previous years expenses· Branch wise P&L statement.Budgeting&*analysis: *· Budgeting group wise & branch wise· Comparison of budget vs actuals· Analyzing revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels and ensure expenditure control.· Dily monitoring of cash flowsTaxation: · TDS & GST- Handling statutory matters like TDS, GST, and Advance Tax. Recon with GST reports- 2A, 3B, GSTR9.Promoter’sInvestments: · Handling and Accounting of Promoters Investments· IT return filing for promotersCorporateFinance/*Working*Capital: · Assisting in raising finance / working capital and maintaining relationship with banks / NBFCsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 8 years (Preferred)total work: 8 years (Preferred)A/R Analysis: 8 years (Preferred)
