Position : Senior Accountant
Job Description : Job role: *Maintain books of accounts and prepare financial statementsAssist CFO in performing cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis as per the instruction of senior management.Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.Assist in deployment and managing maintenance of new accounting, payroll, inventory and other related procedures and controls.Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures.Prepare and get required approvals on payment vouchers & journal entriesPrepare external audit materials and external financial reporting and coordinate with consultants.Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy.Assist the CFO in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation.Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll.Work with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.Ensure tax compliance for of companies in charge**Requirements:**Semi Qualified CA, ACCA preferred.Minimum five years related experience. Experience with a start-up preferredStrong Knowledge of Ind AS.
