Job Description : Position Overview
The candidate’s primary responsibilities are to provide financial and operational reporting to the APAC, EMEA & International Leadership teams. The role is critical in supporting the senior management team’s decision-making process as well as assisting the Regions’ efforts to deliver against targets and provide financial visibility & predictability to the business. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the Budgeting, Forecasting & Long-range Planning processes for the region as well as providing ad-hoc business reports
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Engage in the development, standardization and enhancement of International reporting depository
Prepare templates and distribute month-end / monthly forecast / annual budgeting reporting packages that support management decision making
Collaborate with markets & functions FP&A to understand business, operation, systems and reporting requirements
Ensure accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth
Other ad-hoc work as required
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Accounting or Finance Degree with 3-5 years of related experience
Chartered Accountant, MBA preferred
Solid experience in preparing financial & operational reporting and analytics, preferably in the retail environment
Ability to navigate and extract data from general ledger / data warehouse tools
Team player, flexible, results oriented; ability to work well under pressure of managing concurrent deadlines and prioritizing multiple projects
Strong customer centricity, continuous improvement mindset
Fluent in English, excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Financial Systems, Essbase is a plus
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous retail or fashion industry experience is a definite advantage
