Job Description : About the job At 3ES Accountants, you’ll work with amazing talent and will be part of a fastest growing organisation We are a mission-driven collective, we innovate and never sit still, always striving for better and we believe the best is yet to come.About the roleYou will act as the first point of contact for HR / Payroll enquires and advice from employees and management right across our Global business (UK and India).You will implementation of global people strategy and development of a best in class HR function and also embed/maintain daily HR operations, building relationships with key stakeholders.You will work across each area of the Employee Lifecyle to maintain current systems and consider improvements and refinements as necessary.Creativity, innovation and unitive will be the keys to success and being a team player is essential.This is a wide and varied role; no two days will be the same and if a boring routine, day in day out, is your thing – then this job is not for you.What you’ll doEmployee RelationsProvide support and advice to staff and mangers on employee relations matters, policy / procedure / employment law.Conduct investigations / meetings / appeals as necessarySupport managers with sickness, capability, performance and discipline issuesDevelop, promote, maintain and review policies and procedures / handbook(s) as requiredTrainingWork closely with managers and teams to understand people orientated L&D / training requirementsCo-ordinate and deliver training and development activities for all staff, sourcing suppliers as necessary and ensuring a consistent training program is in placeAssist managers create and maintain personal development plans for staffPerformance ManagementEnsure performance management system is embedded and promotedSupport managers and staff to use it to best effect.Onboarding Work with line managers and talent team to ensure smooth onboarding of new staffCollect and process all relevant documents for new staff to ensure they are set up for benefits, payroll etcPayroll and BenefitsPrepare and submit payroll reports to external agencies, including details for any new starts, leavers, amendments, bonus/commission with supporting documentation.Compile the payroll journal and liaise with relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Add / remove employees to company benefit plans and liaise with providers as necessaryEngagementLead on design, development and introduction of engagement initiatives within the businessDevelop and implement calendar of events / activities for staff, sourcing and liaising with suppliers as necessaryParticipate / lead in relevant committees / groupsResponsible for management of staff app and associated content.Reporting / AnalyticsProduce, analyse and report on key HR dataIdentify trends and provide recommendations on how to address any challenges or opportunities which arise from thatAdministrationEnsure all daily HR admin is completed accurately, timely and stored appropriately in line with ISO / ISMS and GDPR requirements.Maintain and update any HR systemsProvide admin support in HR meetings as necessaryHelp draft and manage internal communicationsActing as Internal auditor for HR Dept, ensuring polices, processes, documentation etc is in line with requirementsOtherAssist with facilities / safety management co-ordinationAny other reasonable duties as requiredAbout youYou’ll need to haveAt least 2 years’ experience in a HR officer (or similar / more experienced) roleFormal HR qualification or relevant degree /post graduate qualificationExperience of processing payroll information and liaising with payroll providersExperience of designing and delivering training interventionsSound understanding of employee relations / employment lawExperience in HR administration including Fair Employment MonitoringJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to ₹500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftExperience:HR: 1 year (Required)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Required)
