Responsibilities: –
Our Senior Marketing Editor is responsible for: –
Managing team of content creators and ensuring the content is at the highest standard.
Making sure schedules are being met.
Hands on participant in creating content and marketing.
Developing ideas for content.
Adhering to writing best practices.
Assigning projects and monitoring deadlines.
Requirements: –
Experience marketing for VC, startups, or something entrepreneurship related.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of blogging.
Strong knowledge of podcasting.
Strong knowledge of SEO.
Project management experience.
Fast and detail-oriented.
Resourceful – can figure out a way forward with no hand holding.
Execution-oriented – focused on process + outcomes.
Metric-Driven – Set goals and meet or exceed them every week.
