Job Responsbilities
Ensure on-page optimization best practice implementation. Manage implementation and maintenance of: title & metatags, URL redirects,404 errors, robots.txt file.
Generating XML sitemap and submit it in major search engines.
Develop great off-page SEO and link-building strategies, link architecture and ensure spider friendliness of the platform by monitoring organic search performance of the site and top competitor sites on a daily basis.
Develop reports on organic metrics, and possess working knowledge of commonly used analytical tools.
Have a deep knowledge of ecommerce and SEO best practices including competitive strategies, marketing, usability testing
Pre-empt & remedy SEO challenges
Dealing with page cannibalisation (duplicate pages, duplicate metatitles)
Planning/strategizing and updating content on Social Media
Keeping abreast with relevant trends on social media.
Writing Social Post on Social media
