Job Description:
Administration of Plant, Colony and Hospital: Follow annual plan for general administration and ensure proper execution . Ensure high standard and cost effective delivery of various services like sanitation, canteen. Undertake initiatives in enhancing quality of administration and services to all employees at the unit and colony company quarters and clubhouse.
Horticulture upkeep: Work out for a plan for development of greenery in various areas. Check proper maintenance and further improvement of existing green belt. Development of company flower nursery. Landscaping, lawns development and general cleanliness.
Housekeeping / Sanitation of colony and offices: Co-ordinate and supervise housekeeping activities of township and offices. Routine cleaning management of roads and surroundings. Disposal of garbage and drains. Maintenance of sewage lines. Drive continuously to enhance the standard of housekeeping and upkeep of the plant and colony as per the World Class Manufacturing norms.
Facility management: Management of facilities like guesthouse, clubs and recreation center. Check upkeep and maintenance and ensure high standard of hygiene and sanitation. Ensure proper budgeting for all facilities and functions and its compliance. Plan capex for the facilities.
Additional: Prepare and implement improvement actions plans in consultation with DH – Admin, Security & Allied Services. Review complaints on regular basis and initiate prompt action. Analyze areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
Any Graduate,PgDip. In Management,PgDip. in Buss Admin.,Bachelor of Business Admin.

Minimum Experience Level:
8-13 Years

Assistant General Manager
