Job Description : General Duties and Responsibilities· Daily revision of warehouse stocks.1. New / No work order cars: Plan, communicate and negotiate work orders with warehouses to reach a confirmation on loading feasibility and time.2. Old / No work order cars: List and follow-up with the desk concerned with the solution, either customer service for customer activity issue, Titles desk for incomplete titles, or even dispatch to request special deliveries to complete loads. Files collected approvals whenever happens.3. Old / on work order cars: Follow-up with warehouses for short-shipping issues and workout solution with the concerned desk if needed or escalate to management when needed.4. Direct booking desk to provide bookings when needed or for non-regulated trades.· Maintains warehouses details on system (Create/maintain/inactivate).· Follow the proper escalation matrix for warehouse problems starting from the warehouse, then US OPS management then to top management.· Advise finance desk on any extra fees to be applied due to warehouses activities.· Manages reverse logistics activities with direct manager for approvals, including local cars moves or returns to auctions.· Education level: Logistics degree preferred.· Experience: 3 years’ experience in container import business at least.· Specific skills: English fluence is a mustAvailability: ImmediatelyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
