Job Profile –
Research – Note the new trends, evaluate the most recent and relevant content. Adapt content across all social media handles
Content Creation – for Blogs and Website. SEO optimised content with keywords to enhance the organic page ranking
Maintaining the website and the app – additions, page additions. Keeping the website updated and enhance the user experience on the site.
Scheduling and planning – weekly, monthly and quarterly planning of the posts and content that would go on social handles. Reels, Stories and Post frequency through the month
Developing visual content – the ability to develop visual content—like photographs or video—is a major plus. Further, the ability to do graphic design, use Photoshop, or have any kind of video editing skills. Developing unique and creative content for your accounts.
Engagement – engaging with individuals who comment and interact on your social media feed and reaching out to similar businesses and other users who interact with industry brands.
Customer Service – Replying to all the queries and calls received through the website, Instagram or any other tool. Assigning them to the concerned person and preparing a monthly report on the leads generated
Copywriting – Copywriting for posts or adapting the copy for some social handle. Condensing large blog posts to a captivating sentence on social media.
Job Specification –
Must have a degree in Mass Media/Social Media Marketing or related filed..
Should have good knowledge on various aspects of media Photoshop, Corel Draw, content writing.
Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Should thrive in matrix environments and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
