Job Description : Job Description We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, and create a social media strategy that aids not just in promoting our services but also in building a ‘voice’ across various social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for implementation (day to day operations) and reporting of a social media strategy in line with business goals.Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to drive and underpin brand engagement and commercial KPIs for the business.Setting clear monthly goals and performance metrics to grow users, followers, and engagement.Responsible for management of social media agency(s) to develop tactical, culturally relevant, creative, unique social media content.Drive revenue growth via social media business.influencer engagementsDeveloping and executing content plans for email, Google, social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and community channels like WhatsApp).Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take actionSet up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social contentModerate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each communityCreating amazing content copy, graphics, videos, captions, and hashtags for ads, posts, stories and reelsContinuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the informationCollaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actionsRequired Skills and Qualification: Proficiency in most social media platformsKnowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Graduate (any related filed)Prior experience in handling Social Media is preferredIndependent and innovative self-starter with strong organizational skillsMust know about Strategy planning and Community managementUnderstanding of how content works on socialBasics Knowledge of copywriting with good communication and data analysis skillsJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Digital marketing (Preferred)
