Job Description : We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for managing given social media accounts by creating, designing, researching and implementing a good network. Your primary focus will be to handle (presenting and promoting) the social media account on the given platforms. You will be responsible for working on the particular handling page. Therefore, a basic understanding is necessary.Key responsibilities: 1. Creating a good network on all social media platforms such as, Instagram, Facebook, Quora, and all other networks.2. Promoting and presenting the company information on all the above social media platforms.3. Handling social media pages4. Writing engaging content5. Assisting with relevant banner creations7. Handling of inquiries related to the posts8. Seeking out new opportunities for online marketing campaigns9. Writing copy for social media & email marketing campaigns10. Talking & negotiating with influencers and taking them on board for various assignments11. Manage the brand’s social media accounts and post content12. Engage with customers or clients and provide service and/or sales14. Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages15. Reach out for collaborations, associations, and calling the leadsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy.Experience using various analytics software.Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Please note that the candidate should be fluent in English and also note we are looking for Female candidate for this position.Company ProfileWe’re a one-stop shop for all your technical support services.
