Job Description : About the Role
Are you interested in building next gen collaboration tools alongside a world class engineering team? Or defining the best platform with a talented troop of engineers? Then, this may be the role for you. We are looking for Passionate iOS Engineers for our Ops Platform who appreciate good engineering and user experience. The person should be enthusiastic about maintaining a clean codebase and possess a passion for pushing iOS technologies to the limits to design and build exceptional products.
What You Will Do
Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying large-scale applications on the iOS stack
Experience developing iOS apps in Swift
Experience writing testable code and unit tests
A strong attention to detail, particularly around software engineering fundamentals, testing methodologies, and quality
A customer-oriented mindset
A passion for learning new things and solving challenging problems
About the Team
HelpExperience is a key function for our customer care vision of providing a consistent, fast and reliable way for our customers to reach us and get their issues resolved. Help Experience team, is a part of the larger CareTech vertical. We are in charge of building omni channels like Inbox, Chatbot, content management and feedback management systems. As a part of this you will be responsible for building these omni channels that enable consumers to effectively communicate with Gojek. Ultimately, our goal is to ensure we provide fast and best consumer experience.
One of the biggest challenges this team has, is to bring together multiple products (like chatbot, inbox, content management and feedback management system) that the team builds in harmony to create a seamless user experience to reach Gojek and get their issues resolved. Some of the features the team aims to build is personalisation and context driver chatbot experience to the end user. Another challenge we are trying to solve is to bring in the right aggregated metrics to different product groups so everyone understands customers better.
Off hours, you’d probably find us playing foosball or hanging out at a nearby restaurant. Working from home has been a strange time for a lot of us, so our team has been taking time on our calls to trade advice on the best ways to keep sane with this new work set up. We’re made up of tech and sports enthusiasts, food lovers, and movie fanatics. Once COVID subsides, we’re excited to resume hanging out in restaurants again.
