IDCUBE is looking for a person with a zeal to ensure impeccable software quality by scrutinizing the functionalities and usability. The customer delight team even identifies design flaws and recommends simple yet effective solutions. The test engineer should be able to understand & replicate actual usability scenarios to ensure an excellent user experience.Other responsibilities: -Creating manual and automated test scripts for assessing software features.Developing and implementing software testing programs.Improving the performance of software testing systems.Generating test reports and suggesting software fixesDesired Candidate Profile: -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science (Preferably M.Tech), or a similar field.Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience as a Software Test Engineer.In-depth knowledge of program testing software like Selenium tool etc.The candidate should be familiar with SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle), STLC(Software Testing Life Cycle), and DLC (Defect life Cycle).The candidate should have experience in Black box and White box testing techniques.Knowledge of Web Service Testing(SOAPUI or POSTMAN).Knowledge of Mobile App Testing(Android & IOS) is a must.WHAT WE ARE EXPECTINGAs you are going to be a part of a product engineering Team serving Global customers competing with American & European brands therefore following are our minimum expectations:Zeal to implement innovative ideas for better results.An ownership attitude for the tasks assigned to them.At IDCUBE “Not my work” frame of mind is considered rude to other team members.”Professionals looking for a standard 9 to 5 job need not apply.” You will have to be flexible to complete the task on hand.As IDCUBE develops a system that includes both Hardware & Software components, therefore, working from home is not possible.
