About Business Unit:
The Global Remote Delivery Team (EUC) operates in the Application Services and Infrastructure Support and Migration space with the delivery teams spread across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Malaysia. Working at the cutting edge, we provide Client Engineering services for our Customers.
The Global Remote Delivery Team is looking for Client Engineers who will be responsible for working on Infrastructure Services Projects for End User Computing and managed Services Customers, assisting with the ongoing support of the end user environment I.e., Policy and Release Management, Image Creation, Patch Management etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build Robotic Process Automation based on the BRD. Designs, authors, tests, documents and debugs application packages according to customer standards, policies and procedures.
Packages medium / complex complexity applications. Creates documentation on all work and authors knowledge documents.
Manages work tasks with limited input from senior engineers. Assists Associates with medium complexity packaging problems.
Follows standard practices and procedures. Duties and tasks are routine and standardized.
Ensures quality of all packages produced by carrying out quality checks. Creates technical training content related to Application Services. Assist with compatibility & vulnerability assessments of Applications
Essential Requirements:
Expertise with using Automation Anywhere Tool. Expertise with PowerShell Scripting
Strong understanding of Windows Client and Server OS. Excellent understanding of the Windows Installer Concepts, Application Virtualization Concepts (App-V)
Good understanding of Windows Installer Toolset (AdminStudio / InstallShield / WIX)
Good Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell, VB Script etc.) Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills2 to 4 years of relevant experience
