Job Description : Job Description: Head (Accounts and Finance)10+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial managementResponsible for the business operations, finances and strategic planning.Handling the whole gamut of Accounts, Finance, Taxations (Direct and Indirect Taxes), financial analysis and working capital management.Interaction with Investors /outside ecosystems for mergers and acquisitions.Managing Books of Accounts; inclusive of P&L account, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance with the finalization of year-end accounts.Preparing Cash & Fund flow statementsCoordinating with internal/ statutory /tax auditors; ensuring compliance under various Acts and other Statutory Bodies.Treasury Management and overall day to day finance/accounting activitiesSupervise payments made to vendor, supplier and ensured timely reconciliationPrepare and implement strategic business plans, Fund management and cash flows.Preparing Monthly MIS report and present to the CEO.Manage team of Accounts and Finance professionals to independently manage the end to end accounting operations.Ensure the compliances are being followed.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹50,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthSchedule:Fixed shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Accounts and Finance: 10 years (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
