Minimum 5 years of experience in remote infrastructure management4+ years working experience on Redhat Linux, Redhat cluster , satellite , patching2+ years of working experience in OVM , KVM, RHEV, docker container/ openshiftResponsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 team
Experience in deploying; maintaining and supporting Linux Server infrastructures and storage systems in an enterprise environmentExperience on project and build work.Analyze Change Request; review change requests with the client & stake holders; validate the information and execute – High complexity; Critical & Emergency ChangesParticipate in Problem Management review meetings and provide root cause analysisAbility to handle and drive Incident Review bridges by identifying potential Problems; recommend solutions to be implementedPreferable to have work experience on migration/upgradation projects
Responsible for SLA complianceCommunicate effectively (verbal and written) and clearly within the team and with all the stakeholders Good knowledge on ITIL processTechnical Certification REDHAT LinuxProviding technical oversight and consultation services.Perform hardware and software technology refreshes, ensuring milestone compliance while coordinating with MPs to minimize disruptions L2 level.Perform back-up/recovery functions for Linux server environments.Perform all security/compliance functions for Linux server environments.Experience in powerlinux serversFlexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts
