Job Description
Team
We are seeking an App Engine Outbound Product Manager who is craving to be part of a great company in the fast-growing low-code automation market. You will be part of a talented and supportive group that is passionate about empowering developers of all skill sets to build and automate faster. Specifically, you will aid in the go-to-market execution for ServiceNow App Engine, a leader in the low-code and process automation markets, by designing and delivering simple and compelling product demos that bring App Engine differentiation to life.
Role
You will be part of a team that builds and manages one of the most impactful go-to-market assets: the Build and Automate solution demos that highlight the capabilities of ServiceNow App Engine. You should be passionate about understanding customer use cases and user personas. You will turn them into inspiring demos and work across the sales, product, and demo infrastructure organizations to deliver them to the field without friction. To succeed, you must have a customer-centric mindset, with deep technical hands-on knowledge of workflow automation and low code application development.
In this role, you will work with our Solution Consultanting, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to:
Understand customer goals and challenges, translate App Engine product capabilities into innovative and impactful demos
Understand and represent different personas in the demo scripts. Plan and create base demos to solve specific personas’ problems, end to end
Understand competitive positioning, design and build demos to distinguish App Engine from the competition
Deliver demos to the field with simple and compelling demo scripts, with demo enablement sessions/videos
Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams to develop demos that showcase cross-solution, ‘better together’ outcomes
Increase sales success and productivity by continuously improving demo quality
Evolve demos to incorporate new product capabilities and address new GTM motions
Provide thought leadership on demo development and execution
Identify opportunities for demo automation and repeatable processes and content
Measure success via demo engagement and sales impact
Be the “voice of the customer/field” – Provide feedback from demo development and the field back to the product team for product improvement
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you have:
5+ years of technical product marketing or product management experience
5+ years of experience with technology products
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine and the NOW Platform
Extensive demonstration experience covering customer value and technical needs
Scripting skills to build utilities, e.g. to simulate data center activities or to update records to current date/time ranges
The ability to generate ideas for how our products can make our customers and partners more successful
Demonstrated ability to learn new technology
Must enjoy working in a highly collaborative environment
Exceptional communication skills to include technical and business concepts
Very strong written communication skills
Demonstrated being proactive without being told what to do
The ability to prioritize tasks and be efficient to minimize wasted effort
Proven ability to live up to commitments while maintaining integrity and focus on details
The ability to think strategically, learn fast, and communicate with impact
English – fluent

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
