Diploma Cement Tech/Diploma/B. Tech Chemical Engg./B. Sc
Cement process / operation
Process:- Process Optimization, Ball mill crash stop analysis, Mill circuit sample analysis, Grinding media pattern & piece weight calculation, Trouble shooting of day to day problems related to process, Plant operation in absence of CCR operator, Physical Verification of Finish product & Raw material
Quality Control:- Quality assurance of In-process Product Physical & Chemical analysis of Cement, BIS Record updation ,Record uploading in SAP, Test Certificate Update, Quality Checks of Incoming raw material and PP Bags
Safety : Actively participation in the nominated safety Standard as secretary, Compliance of All
Safety standard in Deptt
WCM:- To maintain 5-S in working area (Office & Laboratory), To facilitate kaizen management among other departments as team member of KFA team no. 8 (Systemic Improvement & Innovation), To conduct audit of 5-S and Hygiene as per Audit Schedule fixed by WCM department

Qualifications:
General Diploma

Minimum Experience Level:
3-5 Years

Assistant General Manager
