SAM has an opportunity to make a huge impact at Zinrelo.SAM will be responsible for keeping and growing existing strategic Zinrelo customers in North America and across the world. Working closely with marketing, sales and engineering, his team will be responsible for taking over the account after an agreement is signed and taking it to a successful launch. Then his team will get the account to upgrade and generate more revenue.Strategic Account Manager will also be responsible for working with the Data Sciences team to generate insights for the customer to use. SAM will be an expert on solving strategic Client problems related to the Zinrelo productObjectives:SAM success will be measured on the increase revenues generated from existing strategic Zinrelo customers.Success Metrics:Revenue increase from existing customersPositive Customer Reviews generated on review sitesJob Responsibilities:This is a general list of responsibilities and requirements for the SAM.Getting on Strategic Client callsTraveling to the US to meet customersStreamlining launch and maintenance processesUnderstanding technical integrations and responding to ClientsUpsell to Client (additional services, features)New promotions, announcements to ClientsQuarterly Business Reviews with ClientsWorking with Data Sciences team to generate reportsWeekly reporting to the Executive TeamDocumentation and SupportJob Requirements8+ years of proven B2B account management experience to customers in North AmericaPrior experience in meeting customers in North AmericaStrong project management skills and ability to manage and prioritize several active Client deploymentsStrong presentation skills – Ability to present to Zinrelo ClientsCapable building positive relationships at a senior level with ClientsExcellent written and phone communication skills with North American ClientsStrong attention to detailProactive, well organized and self-motivatedExperience or knowledge of online marketplaces and e-commerce preferredPrior management experience preferredPrior software engineering background preferred.College Degree from the United States strongly preferredJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹3,000,000.00 – ₹4,000,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftCOVID-19 considerations:WEARING MASKSEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:US working: 8 years (Preferred)B2B Account Management: 8 years (Preferred)total work: 8 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
