Position : Supply Chain Analyst
Job Description : An exciting opportunity to be a part of AMEA supply chain team responsible for reporting supply chain performance and reporting to management.
Responsibilities
Collect and Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency. Compile and analyze data & review past sales data to determine trends & improve forecast bias of customers. Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources such as Shipment reports, Distributor Data and communicate with Team leader regularly and measure as per KPI. Collaborate with team members and members of other functions. Coordinates order execution from the moment it has been shipped from the plant till it arrives to the customer and makes sure all internal and external customers are properly updated. Ensures that the customer forecast in Bacardi system is correct and up to date. Developing metrics, reports, and statistic tool
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business-economics or Supply Chain Minimum 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or finance, preferably in FMCG environment Strong knowledge of Excel Good oral and written communication skills High level of detail-orientation and data accuracy Fluent in English Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
