Job Description : Looking for support engineers with 2-4 years’ experience in Oracle WebLogic administration
Good Understanding on Unix commands and basic knowledge on Shell script
Experience in any ticketing tool
L2 support exposure
Good at troubleshooting application related issues quickly & providing solutions.
Good Understanding on ITIL processes like change management, Release management and Incident Management
Experience in weblogic Installation, troubleshooting, performance tuning, code deployment, patching and up-grades.
Good Understanding in developing any automation using Python, Shell or Similar scripts skills.
Good to have knowledge on OSB
Knowledge on monitoring tools
Creation & Monitoring of application alarms
Good to have knowledge on network and IP design
Basic networking (TCP/IP, UDP, SSL, OSI layer etc)
Should have excellent written and communication skills.
