Job Description : Skills required :1. Monitor & maintain computer systems, servers, Wireless Router, networks & other peripherals (Printers, scanners, Monitors etc…)2. Installing & configuring computer systems3. Diagnose hardware & Networking faults4. Configuring & maintaining Outlook5. Troubleshooting & providing resolution to problems6. Knowledge of Windows operating system & other general desktop support issues7. Knowledge of Internet protocols, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts8. Knowledge of Crimping & Punching9. Install Antivirus Server10. Provide Remote Support11. Maintain Antivirus Back up12. Daily, weekly & Monthly Back up13. Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces14. Log & keep records of Customer queries15. Log calls with Service providers16. Maintain Service Installation ReportsSoftware skills1.Windows operating system (server/desktop)2.mail applications3.Firewall & router commands.4.Antivirus setup5.
