Job Description : Greetings From Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd, Thane.Responsibilities: Install and configure computer software and hardwareTroubleshoot computer, network issues and outages independently.Manage network, servers, printers, and technology toolsSet up accounts and workstations for usersMonitor performance and maintain systems according to requirementsTroubleshoot computer issues and outagesEnsure security through access controls, antivirus, and firewall.Upgrade systems with new releases and modelsManage IT Asset inventory.Work as per company process, manuals, and IT policies.Requirement and Skills: Min 2 to 3 Yrs. experience as System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar roleExperience with Windows OS, networking, and patch management.Experience in IT Helpdesk ticketing systemKnowledge of system security (Sophos Central AV and Sophos Firewall) and data backup/recovery.Experience on working in Active Directory EnvironmentExperience on cloud services like Google workspace or M365Hands on Experience on Computer Hardware & NetworkingExperience on VLAN and Layer2 Switches will be an added advantage.Good communication skillsEducation: Any bachelor’s degree or equivalentMCP/MCSE/ MCSA/CCNA will be an add-onComputer Hardware & Networking Diploma /CourseJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹100,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per yearBenefits:Provident FundSchedule:Fixed shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Thane, Thane – 400604, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 2 years (Preferred)System administration: 2 years (Required)
