Your Role and Responsibilities
Roles Specific Skills
min 5 years of Windows Delivery experience – with expertise in AD at least 2 years.
Experience with and ability to low level design & execute implementation of the Windows components design within the Azure environment, utilizing both Azure native resources and ability to customize with IaaS components to meet customers needs.
Work with Kydryl internal resources (architects and SME’s) and customer to finalize the detailed low level design
Implement individually or as a team of specialists including public cloud, storage, compute, security and network SME’s in the creation, configuration of the Windows components, both OS and Active Directory.
Work with customer and other Kyndryl SME to review technical requirements for configuration requirements of the Operating Systems and Active Directory, potentially integrating with Azure Native and IaaS resources within the Azure tenant.
Ability to communicate effectively to remote technical resources and Kyndryl and customer Project managers/resources.
Understanding of the hardening standards.
Ability to integrate Active Directory IaaS into Azure Active Directory.
Strong understanding of relationship of Windows OSL in the Azure Public cloud, including services capabilities and constraints and trouble shooting effectiveness.
Workng experience within the Azure environment for the creation of Windows VMs.
Undertanding of Azure networking.
Onboarding of VMs into the Active Directory Domain.
Resource will be required to (1) Build, clone and install Windows / Citrix ATCO Technology Management Ltd. instances, VM and physical servers from vCenter and Provide access request to servers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum 7+ Years in AIX v6.0, v7.0, v7.5 Installation, Configuration and upgradation administration on Windows and UNIX environments
Proven knowledge of the fundamental concepts and technologies associated with AIX Operating Systems (Hardware, Software).
Ability to perform installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning.
Demonstrable experience in AIX System Administrator and support various flavors of Unix servers along with experience in HA & VCS cluster technologies
Validated expertise in backup reports and Initiate actions on backup failure against specific documentation. Implement changes, perform security related tasks, identify and recommend improvements to existing processes and procedures
Proficient in patching AIX 6 and 7 / patching Linux version 5, 6 and 7, Update/upgrade OS by requests and all related works.
Willingness to work in nights shifts or support 24 x 7 Coverage as per the Business needs
Certification in AIX and system admin area at SME level
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
